These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Wulfenite membership program operated by Wulfenite Elixir LLC ("Wulfenite," "we," "us," or "our") at wulfenitemembership.com. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

1. Membership Program

Wulfenite offers a paid membership program. Each membership tier — Silver, Emerald, Obsidian, Apex, and Wulfenite Unlimited — includes a monthly allocation of free drinks at the Wulfenite shop, subject to a daily free-drink limit that varies by tier. Every membership also includes a one-time 50-emerald starter credit. Members may additionally purchase "emeralds" — digital credits redeemable for drinks and items at the shop.

2. Billing and Payment

• Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe
• Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle
• All prices are listed in USD
• We do not store your credit card information — all payments are processed securely by Stripe

3. Free Monthly Drinks

• Each tier includes a set number of free drinks per month, by category (smoothies, teas, coffee/matcha)
• Free drink allocations refresh at the start of each billing cycle; unused free drinks do not roll over and are forfeited at the end of the cycle
• A daily free-drink limit applies based on your membership tier and resets at midnight (Arizona time)
• The daily limit applies to free drinks only — it does not restrict emerald redemptions or regular purchases
• Free drinks have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be redeemed in person at the Wulfenite shop

4. Emerald Credits

• Emeralds are digital credits redeemable in person for drinks and items at the Wulfenite shop
• Emeralds may be purchased through our website or granted as promotional credit (such as the signup starter credit)
• Emeralds do not expire
• There is no limit on how many emeralds you may purchase, and no daily limit on emerald redemptions
• Emeralds have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded, except where required by law
• Emerald purchases are one-time payments and are separate from your recurring membership fee

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number at signup, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Wulfenite regarding your membership, including:

• Monthly free-drink refreshes
• Daily free-drink limit resets
• Reminders about unused free drinks
• Emerald purchases and balance updates
• Membership status updates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your membership.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Any unused free drinks are forfeited at the end of your final billing period. Your remaining emerald balance stays redeemable in person at the Wulfenite shop after cancellation.

7. Refund Policy

All membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Emerald purchases are likewise non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to share your account with others or allow others to redeem your free drinks or emeralds on your behalf without authorization from Wulfenite staff.

9. Modifications to the Program

Wulfenite reserves the right to modify membership pricing, free drink allocations, daily limits, emerald pricing, redemption rules, or any other aspect of the program at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes via email or SMS.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership that violates these terms, is used fraudulently, or is abused in any way, without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wulfenite Elixir LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the membership program.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
