• Email address
• Phone number
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Membership tier, free drink allocations, and emerald balance
• Transaction and redemption history

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Manage your membership account, free drink allocations, and emerald balance
• Process payments through Stripe
• Send SMS notifications about your membership, including free drink refreshes, daily limit resets, and emerald balance updates
• Verify your identity at the point of sale
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support

3. SMS Messaging

When you create a membership account, you may check a box to opt in to SMS text messages from Wulfenite about your membership. Providing your phone number alone does not opt you in, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of membership.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share your data only with the service providers listed below, each of which processes it solely to deliver their service to us:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Twilio — for SMS delivery
• Supabase — for secure data storage

All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws. Twilio receives your mobile number only to transmit our messages to you, and is not permitted to use it for any other purpose. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
